Set a new password

Give us the address on your account and we will send a link. The link is good once.

Setting a new password signs you out everywhere else, on every device. If somebody else was in your account, that is what removes them.

There is no account-recovery path that does not involve the email address on the account. A person who has lost access to that inbox cannot get in from here, and support cannot move it for them — moving an address is how an account is stolen from somebody who still holds the password.
